Our client, a global, fast-growing consumer retail brand, is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategy and execution across the United States. This highly visible leadership role will be responsible for building and scaling talent acquisition programs that support both retail expansion and corporate growth. The position will partner closely with senior leadership to develop forward-looking hiring strategies, drive recruiting performance, strengthen employer branding efforts, and lead a high-performing recruiting team. This role is based full-time onsite in Culver City, CA.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy for the U.S. market, supporting both retail and corporate hiring initiatives.
  • Create workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies aligned with business growth objectives, expansion plans, and projected hiring needs.
  • Partner with executive leadership and Human Resources to align recruiting efforts with organizational priorities and long-term business goals.
  • Leverage market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive insights to inform hiring strategies and improve talent attraction efforts.
  • Lead and enhance employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice across multiple talent segments.
  • Establish and monitor key recruiting performance metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Own recruitment reporting and analytics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to leadership on hiring performance and workforce trends.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, systems, and candidate experiences to drive operational efficiency and hiring effectiveness.
  • Oversee applicant tracking systems, recruitment technology, and data governance practices to ensure compliance, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Manage recruiting budgets, external vendor relationships, and agency partnerships while maintaining a strong focus on cost efficiency and talent quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters supporting high-volume retail and corporate hiring across the U.S.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development through coaching, performance management, and structured team operating rhythms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, serving as a strategic advisor on talent market conditions, hiring challenges, and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR partners on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational design initiatives, and broader talent strategies.
  • Support the development of early-career recruiting initiatives, internship programs, campus partnerships, and internal mobility pathways.
  • Partner with global Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to ensure alignment between regional hiring practices and broader organizational standards.
  • Build proactive talent communities and pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking functions, and talent-focused initiatives to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract top talent.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including 5+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success creating and executing talent acquisition strategies within a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling organization.
  • Experience supporting both frontline/retail and corporate/professional hiring functions across the U.S.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience leveraging recruiting metrics, dashboards, and data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment technologies, and hiring compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment regulations and recruiting-related compliance standards.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing high-performing recruiting teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational execution.
Salary:$130K - $160K + bonus
