What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a growing Retail Operations team, setting priorities and driving accountability across multiple functions.
- Mentor Store Managers and Field Leaders through structured coaching, training, and leadership development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture through consistent feedback, operational oversight, and performance management.
- Oversee key retail performance metrics and ensure operational standards are consistently executed across all locations.
- Drive excellence in inventory management, merchandising execution, staffing, and overall store operations.
- Identify operational challenges proactively and implement scalable solutions to support continued growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and operational procedures across the retail fleet.
- Oversee payroll, labor planning, and hiring strategies aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
- Continuously improve operational processes, efficiencies, and reporting capabilities.
- Serve as a key liaison between field teams and corporate leadership, partnering closely with departments including HR, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Construction, IT, and Visual Merchandising.
- Support large-scale initiatives, including new store openings, product launches, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment on operational priorities and business objectives.
- Own operational reporting and data insights for the Retail Operations function.
- Analyze business trends and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present polished, data-driven updates to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of senior-level leadership experience overseeing managers and/or cross-functional teams within a retail, corporate, or multi-unit environment.
- Proven success in building and scaling operations within a fast-paced, high-growth retail organization.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store openings, payroll, compliance, inventory, and merchandising standards.
- Experience developing scalable operational processes and SOPs across multiple markets.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational excellence and brand standards.
Salary:$150k - $190k + bonus
