Our client, a luxury fashion brand , is seeking a Sr Manager Compensation and Benefits Analyst to lead financial planning and analysis for HR operations in New York City . This is a hybrid role, reporting to the HR Director. This position is a key leader in optimizing company processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the growth of the organization.
Job Requirements- Oversee HR financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for retail and corporate staff costs across multiple regions
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual HR financial reports, ensuring accuracy in staff costs, headcount, and departmental budgets
- Partner with internal teams and global headquarters to deliver timely reporting and maintain compliance with group standards
- Develop and monitor retail incentive programs, providing analysis and recommendations to improve effectiveness
- Lead HRIS and financial system enhancements, including Anaplan development for advanced cost planning
- Drive process improvements by auditing current systems and proposing efficiency solutions
- Support strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights and executive presentations
- Manage and mentor a direct report while fostering collaboration across HR and Finance teams
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, with HR controlling experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and complex functions
- Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights clearly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
