Our client, a  fast-growing beauty brand, is seeking a  Manager of Amazon  to lead the overall strategy, optimization, and daily execution of the Amazon business. This hybrid role sits in the  NYC  office 3 days a week and works remotely 2 days a week. This role will drive revenue growth, ensure best-in-class channel performance, and serve as a key cross-functional partner across marketing, media, operations, and retail teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Amazon search and DSP, strong analytical capabilities, and a strategic mindset toward scaling a high-velocity eCommerce channel.

Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and oversee the end-to-end Amazon channel strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand and retail priorities.
  • Lead holistic Amazon media planning across paid search, display, programmatic, and integrated brand initiatives.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP campaigns to achieve business goals across sales, ROAS, CPC, CTR, NTB%, and overall efficiency.
  • Plan and execute media and promotional strategy for major Amazon events, including Prime Day and seasonal tentpoles.
  • Analyze performance data to generate insights, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate findings to internal teams and agency partners.
  • Maintain and update complex catalogs, product listings, and assets to support promotional calendars and operational needs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive execution across marketing, media, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with external partners (Amazon Advertising, media agencies, analytics teams) to audit performance and test new placements, ad types, and advanced optimization tactics.
  • Provide monthly reporting and financial documentation related to billing, spend, and performance tracking.
  • Submit SEO recommendations and align cross-functionally on optimizations and brand consistency.
  • Lead regular touch-base meetings to ensure visibility, alignment, and timely decision-making among stakeholder groups.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, digital media, analytics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, and/or Google Ads.
  • Proven track record optimizing high-volume paid search and programmatic campaigns.
  • Amazon Advertising and Google Ads certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting beauty, skincare, or consumer brands within a digital marketing or media agency environment is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience managing multiple cross-functional partners.

Salary: $90K-$115K
