Our client, a media advertising company, is hiring a Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to join their team in Los Angeles on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). Candidates must be able to travel 1-2 times per month.
Job Duties Include:
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities; drive account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Own extensive client communication, strategic planning and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction
- Develop and improve executive level relationships within named accounts
- Provide leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions and services offered
- Drive contract negotiations for business in support of new sales, account growth and contract renewals
- Travel as needed to meet with client stakeholders along the West Coast & Midwest to strengthen relationships and secure deals.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of media sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience selling to brand-direct clients.
- A seasoned professional who has existing relationships and knows the media world (has strong brand-direct clients and can make immediate impact).
- An entrepreneurial spirit that's motivated to drive growth and business development sales.
- An excellent communicator and presenter with the ability to work independently to find new accounts.
- Experiential marketing sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to travel as needed
Salary:
$150-160k + commission
