Job Duties Include:
Content Strategy and Planning

- Align content initiatives with business objectives, revenue goals, and aggressive growth targets
Creative Leadership & Execution
- Oversee creative projects from concept through launch, ensuring brand consistency, quality standards, and on-time delivery
- Manage omnichannel campaign execution across paid digital, organic social, web, email, events, and PR
- Execute and lead brand transformations and rebrands, including website messaging architecture and content development
- Maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
Hands-On Content Creation & Performance Marketing

- Consistently produce high-volume ad content (e.g., multiple ads per month), incorporating AI tools, strong creative direction, and performance optimization
- Develop messaging for landing pages tied to paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on high conversion rates
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies, including keyword strategy, content clustering, internal linking, and technical content improvements
- Monitor and improve overall web performance and engagement metrics
Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage external creative, media, and web agencies
- Lead recurring strategy meetings with agencies to align on ad volume, testing strategy, campaign goals, and performance optimization
- Provide direction on storyboarding, messaging, and creative production for paid campaigns
- Partner closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support key initiatives
- Gather insights from stakeholders to inform campaign direction and messaging
Public Relations & Brand Stewardship

Job Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in content strategy, creation, and leadership within PE-backed, mid-sized B2C organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience working in lean, high-growth marketing teams (not large, layered marketing departments)
- Demonstrated success driving measurable growth with specific metrics
- Strong portfolio reflecting paid ad production, landing pages, SEO-driven content, organic social writing, and brand transformation work
