Our client, a luxury fashion company , is seeking a Senior Associate, eCommerce Digital Marketing to join the team at their corporate office in Miami . This is a full-time, hybrid position (2 days in office). This role will be responsible for strategizing and optimizing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, managing influencer partnerships and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
Job Duties Include:- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads to maximize performance and ROI.
- Manage influencer partnership relationships to drive brand engagement and reach.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Partner with creative and cross-functional teams to develop engaging, platform-specific content.
- Monitor brand presence, test new strategies, and stay current on digital marketing trends.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid media management across multiple platforms, preferably from Fashion, Jewelry or Beauty brands.
- Autonomously managing a volume of business of $100K per month for Digital Marketing projects related to Paid Media or Affiliate Marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic and creative mindset with proven ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
