Our client, a prestigious luxury goods and accessories company, is hiring a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join their team at their boutique in Valley Fair, Santa Clara, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a luxury retail environment and providing an exceptional client experience.
This is a full-time, temporary position. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Open availability throughout the holiday season is strongly preferred.
Job Duties Include:
- Welcome and greet clients as they enter the boutique, creating a warm and inviting first impression.
- Host and assist clients while they wait for an available Client Advisor.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming boutique environment.
- Assist with gift wrapping and preparing purchases for clients.
- Support stock replenishment and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Assist with light cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the overall appearance of the boutique.
- Help manage client wait times and ensure clients remain comfortable while waiting for assistance.
- Follow direction from boutique management and support the sales team with daily operational needs.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience required; luxury retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Warm, personable, and customer-centric personality with a strong passion for providing excellent service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make clients feel welcome and valued.
- Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Open availability to work weekends and holidays, including Thanksgiving and Christmas, as business needs require.
- Comfortable performing all responsibilities associated with the role, including greeting and hosting clients, gift wrapping, stock replenishment, and light cleaning.
- Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay:$23 per hour
