Our client, a prestigious luxury brand, are hiring Seasonal Sales Support Associates to join their team at Tysons Galleria in McLeans, VA (onsite, at their Tysons boutique).
This is a client-facing role supporting the boutique through the holiday season. You’ll welcome and host clients, keep them engaged until a team member is ready to assist, and help maintain a polished, gift-ready store. Our client is looking for team players who aren’t afraid to jump in, are comfortable engaging with the public, and are willing to support wherever needed, even answering phones.
This is a full-time temporary position. This is a temporary role that will begin in mid November and continue through the holiday season, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with warm, elevated customer service
- Keeping clients engaged and comfortable until a team member is available
- Running sizes and supporting the sales floor and stockroom
- Gift wrapping
- Stock replenishment
- Light cleaning and organizing of the boutique and wait areas
- Maintaining the aesthetic quality of the store
- Taking direction from the boutique team and supporting wherever needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred but not required
- Warm, engaging, customer-centric personality with strong communication skills
- Go-getter with a one-team mentality who works quickly and efficiently
- Takes direction well and is flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Availability Friday through Sunday is required. Extended time off during the holiday season is unlikely to be approved.
- Business professional attire and polished grooming standards, details provided at interview
- Ability to successfully clear a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
Salary:$22 - $23 per hour
