Our client, a prestigious luxury maison, is hiring Seasonal Sales Support Associates to join the team in Tampa (onsite, at their International Plaza boutique).
These are client-facing roles supporting the boutique through the holiday season. You’ll welcome and host clients, keep them engaged until a team member is ready to assist, and help maintain a polished, gift-ready boutique. You’ll primarily support the sales floor, while also assisting with back-of-house tasks as needed. Our client is looking for proactive, outgoing team players who are adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
There are full-time and part-time temporary positions. This is a temporary role that will begin as early as Monday, November 9th and continue through the holiday season. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with warm, elevated customer service
- Keeping clients engaged and comfortable until a team member is available
- Introducing clients to the sales team
- Gift wrapping and wrapping purchases
- Supporting the sales team with additional sizes, go-backs, and maintaining the sales floor
- Stock replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization as needed
- Light cleaning and organizing of the boutique and wait areas
- Maintaining the aesthetic quality of the store
- Taking direction from the boutique team and supporting wherever needed
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of retail experience; luxury or high-end contemporary retail preferred but not required
- Warm, proactive, outgoing, customer-centric personality with strong communication skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting, supporting both the sales floor and back of house
- Takes direction well and works effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
- Open availability Friday through Sunday, including holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Extended time off during the holiday season is unlikely to be approved.
- Business professional attire and polished grooming standards, details provided at interview
- Ability to successfully clear a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
Salary:$23 per hour
