Our client, a prestigious luxury maison, is hiring Seasonal FOH & BOH Support Associates to join the team in Sunrise (onsite, at their Sawgrass Mills boutique).
These are client-facing and behind-the-scenes roles supporting the boutique through the holiday season. Depending on the position, you’ll welcome and host clients, assist Client Advisors, help with gift wrapping and holiday packaging, and keep the stockroom and shipments running smoothly. Our client is looking for proactive, engaging team players who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and flexible with their duties and schedule.
There are full-time and part-time temporary positions. The roles will begin in mid November and continue through the holiday season. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients with warm, elevated customer service
- Keeping clients engaged and comfortable until a Client Advisor is available
- Assisting Client Advisors with retrieving merchandise and product requests
- Supporting the sales team during busy periods
- Gift wrapping and holiday packaging
- Maintaining sales floor organization, presentation, and the overall aesthetic of the boutique
- Managing incoming and outgoing shipments (shipping and receiving)
- Maintaining stockroom organization, inventory, and stock replenishment
- Pulling and preparing merchandise for online orders
- Light cleaning and organizing of the boutique and wait areas
Job Qualifications Include:
- Retail experience or experience in a fast-paced environment; 2+ years of retail preferred, luxury retail a plus but not required
- Warm, proactive, customer-centric personality with strong communication skills
- Go-getter with a one-team mentality who works efficiently and communicates well with teammates and management
- Takes direction well and is highly flexible with duties and scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
- Open availability, especially weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Extended time off during the assignment is unlikely to be approved.
- Business professional attire and polished grooming standards, details provided at interview
- Ability to successfully clear a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
Salary:$22 - $23 per hour
