Our client, a luxury lifestyle maison, is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join the team in Atlanta(onsite, at their Lenox Square boutique).
This is a client-facing role supporting the boutique through the holiday season. You’ll welcome and host clients, keep them engaged until a Client Advisor is ready to assist, and help maintain a polished, gift-ready boutique. This is a support position and does not involve selling. Our client’s clientele is inquisitive, so curiosity and a warm, customer-centric personality will go a long way.
This is a full-time temporary position that will begin Monday, November 23rd and continue through Saturday, December 26th. Candidates must be able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Welcoming and hosting clients with warm, elevated customer service
- Keeping clients engaged and comfortable until a Client Advisor is available
- Gift wrapping
- Stock replenishment
- Light cleaning and organizing of the boutique and wait areas
- Maintaining the aesthetic quality of the store
- Taking direction from the boutique team and supporting the sales team throughout the shift
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail preferred but not required
- Warm, customer-centric personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Curious, engaged, and comfortable answering client questions
- Takes direction well and works effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). Extended time off during the holiday season is unlikely to be approved.
- Business professional attire and polished grooming standards, details provided at interview
- Ability to successfully clear a background check
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for duration of shift
Pay:$23 per hour
