Our client, a luxury fashion house, is seeking a full-time Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join their boutique at the Cabazon Outlets. The ideal candidate is an outgoing individual with a sense of urgency and a team player attitude.
This is a temporary position that will begin ASAP and continue through December. Candidates must be able to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide comprehensive team and store support, contributing to daily operations and overall store efficiency.
- Deliver strong sales assistance, including client engagement, product knowledge, and effective in-store selling.
- Support stock and back-of-house functions such as replenishment, organization, and smooth operational flow.
- Demonstrate hosting and client-facing skills by greeting clients, running and packing product, maintaining the door, and creating an elevated customer experience.
- Additional retail duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury, client service excellence, and a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to support business needs during peak periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.
Salary: $20-$23/hr
