Job Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers in managing key jewelry, watch, and specialty retail accounts, including retailer requests, product updates, and account needs.
- Analyze sales, sell-through, inventory, margin, and assortment performance to identify trends and opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal leadership and retail partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, out-of-stocks, slow-moving products, and replenishment needs to improve inventory productivity.
- Support account strategy, product launches, merchandising initiatives, promotions, and retailer-specific growth opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and leadership to translate business insights into actionable recommendations.
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, timepiece/jewelry sales, account management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting jewelry, watch, luxury, specialty, or multi-store retail accounts strongly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience using Power BI, Tableau, or retail reporting platforms preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs, including sell-through, inventory turns, weeks of supply, door productivity, and sales performance.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the east coast (approximately 70%)
