Our client, a contemporary fashion boutique, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team in Larkspur, CA.  This is a full-time, permanent position starting immediately. Candidates should be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Duties Include:

  • Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience, building strong customer relationships and developing a loyal client base.
  • Drive individual and store sales goals through strong product knowledge, thoughtful styling recommendations, clienteling, and proactive follow-up.
  • Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, cash handling, replenishment, and maintaining brand and visual standards.
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments, inventory organization, stockroom maintenance, and ensuring merchandise is accurately represented on the sales floor.
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming store environment while supporting the broader team with day-to-day business needs.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned.


Job Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of retail sales experience; premium, contemporary, or luxury fashion experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a genuine interest in fashion, product, and delivering an elevated client experience.
  • Sales-driven and team-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift.


Pay:$22/hour + commission
