Our client, a luxury linens brand, is seeking full-time permanent Sales Assistant to join the team at their Aspen location.
The Sales Assistant supports daily boutique operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, delivering exceptional client experience, and maintaining store standards. Candidates must have the ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Manage inventory control including cycle counts, discrepancies, transfers, replenishment, shipping/receiving, and stock organization.
- Train team members on BOH processes and communicate updates effectively.
- Support opening/closing procedures and facilities maintenance.
- Uphold brand packaging and service standards for ship-outs, returns, and transactions.
- Support sales goals through strong product knowledge and client relationship building.
- Capture and manage client data in CRM programs.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with offsite services as needed.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years retail experience (front and back of house).
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in POS and retail systems.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary: $23/hr + commission
