Job Duties Include:
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations
- Support month-end close, financial reporting, and preparation of management reporting packages
- Oversee invoicing, collections, payment tracking, and resolution of billing discrepancies
- Coordinate vendor payments, commissions, and other financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and working capital planning
- Monitor treasury activities and maintain accurate financial records
- Partner with leadership on financial analysis, reporting, process improvements, and special projects
- Support contract, revenue, and operational reporting processes
- Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures
- Assist with audits, tax filings, 1099 processing, and other regulatory requirements
- Ensure accurate documentation, record retention, and financial compliance practices
- 5+ years of accounting, finance, or related experience
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting operations
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management skills
- Proficiency with accounting software; QuickBooks experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience within professional services, agency, consulting, media, entertainment, or similar industries preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- CPA or advanced accounting credentials are a plus
