We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Wholesale Manager, East Coast to drive sales performance, strengthen strategic retail partnerships, and elevate brand presence across a portfolio of wholesale accounts. Position Overview
This is a hybrid role based in NYC responsible for driving sales performance, brand elevation, and strategic growth throughout the East Coast territory. This role partners closely with key wholesale accounts to ensure exceptional brand representation, commercial excellence, and sustainable revenue growth aligned with the company's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance
- Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across wholesale specialty partners, including luxury watch, jewelry, and lifestyle retailers.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-through performance to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic action plans.
- Execute territory strategies that maximize productivity, assortment optimization, and distribution growth.
- Lead seasonal sell-in campaigns, product launches, and new collection presentations.
Partner Management & Brand Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store leadership, and key decision-makers.
- Elevate brand presence through merchandising excellence, visual presentation, and premium client experiences.
- Conduct business reviews and present data-driven recommendations that support mutual growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic retail partnerships that align with brand objectives.
Training & Brand Storytelling
- Deliver engaging product knowledge and brand storytelling training programs.
- Develop initiatives that increase sales associate engagement, conversion, and average transaction value.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering enthusiasm and advocacy throughout the retail network.
Operational Excellence
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, and stock optimization initiatives.
- Monitor order management, replenishment activity, and operational compliance.
- Maintain accurate reporting, CRM activity, and business insights.
Marketing & Client Engagement
- Partner closely with Marketing to maximize brand visibility and drive local market opportunities.
- Identify and support clienteling events, community engagement initiatives, and experiential activations that strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within luxury wholesale sales, preferably in watches, jewelry, accessories, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Proven success managing multi-door wholesale accounts and exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative, creative, and comfortable working within a fast-paced, innovative culture.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to travel throughout the East Coast region (approximately 40%).
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
