Recruiting Coordinator

Our client, a SaaS company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team onsite in either their Mountain View office or their San Francisco office. This is a temporary position with an indefinite timeline, with the potential to become permanent based on performance and the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Job Duties Include:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions as required.
Job Qualifications Include:
  • 2+ years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast paced start-up environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (docs, sheets, slides, forms)

Salary: $40/hr
