Our client, a wellness brand, is looking to hire a Recruiter to join the team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. This is a temporary role that is scheduled to begin ASAP and continue for 6 months. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for corporate retail positions. The role requires a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, a proactive approach to workforce planning, and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Job Duties Include:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a mix of leadership and high-volume roles across customer-facing and operational functions.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with regional and functional leaders to anticipate hiring needs and deliver tailored recruiting strategies.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage talent through professional networks, community outreach, and creative sourcing channels to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, maintaining consistent communication and engagement.
- Data-Driven Sourcing: Utilize modern recruiting tools, market insights, and analytics to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with peers across the talent team to share resources and support hiring across multiple business units.
- Employer Branding: Represent the organization at hiring events, networking opportunities, and industry meetups to enhance brand visibility and attract diverse talent.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a blend of high-volume and professional-level hiring.
- Experience supporting hiring in environments such as retail, customer support, operations, logistics, or hospitality.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with both field and corporate stakeholders.
- Creative sourcing mindset, with experience leveraging social platforms, niche job boards, and community-based recruiting strategies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey role expectations and company value proposition.
- Passion for contributing to a mission-driven, customer-centric organization.
Salary: $54/hr
