Job Duties Include:
- Support the day-to-day operations of a premier commercial property, ensuring exceptional service for tenants and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain the property management platform, including tenant setup, work orders, maintenance requests, vendor activity, and system updates.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting to process purchase orders, invoices, utility expenses, and accounts payable transactions.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
- Respond to facility maintenance requests and ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with required certifications and regulatory documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and administrative efficiency.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate management operations, procurement, accounting support, or a related administrative role.
- Knowledge of accounts payable, invoice processing, and general ledger support.
- Experience working with property management or facilities management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-service mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
Salary: $70K - $75K
