Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Facilities Technician to join the team onsite in Lititz, PA. This is a full-time position responsible for daytime facility maintenance, cleanliness, and appearance.
Job Duties Include:- Clean and maintain workshop machinery and equipment.
- Change cleaning solutions and perform routine cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, and general cleaning.
- Maintain exterior building grounds, including blowing and clearing debris.
- Take inventory of Real Estate Operations stock items as needed.
- Perform shredding and general support tasks.
- Stock kitchens and prepare coffee.
- Set up catering and meeting rooms.
- Work collaboratively with other Real Estate Operations team members to complete projects.
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed.
- High School Diploma or degree
- Basic math skills.
- Typing and data entry capabilities.
- Familiarity with shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Hand-eye coordination and alphanumeric recognition.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools.
