Our client, a luxury fashion house, is hiring a Temporary Part-Time Store Support Associate to join their boutique in Wrentham Village Premium Outlets.  This seasonal role starts ASAP and continues through the end of December.

Candidates should have a passion for fashion, people, and boutique culture, excel at balancing client experience with operational experience, and have open availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily operational support to retail store teams, ensuring smooth execution of policies, procedures, and in-store activities.
  • Assist with inventory management, including shipment processing, stock replenishment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Support store leadership with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and resolving transactional issues.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and helping resolve in-store challenges.
  • Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising support, store organization, and overall cleanliness.

Job Requirements:
  • 1+ year of retail, customer service, or store operations experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting both customers and store teams.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise, including handling shipments and stockroom tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs

Salary: $18/hr
