Job Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational support to retail store teams, ensuring smooth execution of policies, procedures, and in-store activities.
- Assist with inventory management, including shipment processing, stock replenishment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support store leadership with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and resolving transactional issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients, addressing inquiries, and helping resolve in-store challenges.
- Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising support, store organization, and overall cleanliness.
Job Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail, customer service, or store operations experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for supporting both customers and store teams.
- Ability to lift, move, and organize merchandise, including handling shipments and stockroom tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Salary: $18/hr
