This is a part-time, temporary role with the potential to become permanent based on performance and needs of the business. For part-time, the expectation is to work 2-3 shifts per week following a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver exceptional client service by welcoming customers, understanding their style preferences, and providing personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Support daily boutique operations, including merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, cash wrap, and maintaining luxury visual standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through clienteling, follow-up communication, appointment selling, and outreach to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales goals, support in-store events, and ensure a seamless, elevated shopping experience.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Previous retail, styling, or customer service experience within a contemporary, premium, or luxury fashion environment preferred.
- Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of current trends, styling techniques, and delivering personalized wardrobe solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional client experiences.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic retail environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for duration of shift.
Salary:$20-$22 per hour
