PR/Event Temp, NYC

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking to hire a Temp PR/Events Coordinator to join the team onsite at their corporate offices in New York City. This role will support with preparing press day materials, assisting with talent dressing during events, coordinating post-event dinner logistics, managing sample send-outs and UPS drop-offs, organizing event photos, and providing general event support as needed.

This is a full-time, temporary position that will start Monday, September 22nd and end on Saturday, September 27th. Candidates must be able to work a Monday through Saturday schedule. 

Job Duties Include:

  • Preparing press day materials
  • Assisting with talent dressing
  • Coordinating post-event dinner logistics
  • Handling sample/loan send-outs and UPS drop-offs
  • Assisting with event photo organization
  • General event support as needed
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Prior experience supporting fashion or PR teams with event preparation, logistics coordination, and managing press day or sample send-outs
  • Strong communication skills, with an understanding of elevated client and talent interactions in a luxury fashion environment
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, manage long event hours, and handle multiple tasks such as photo organization, UPS drop-offs, and dinner coordination with attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Salary: $25/hour
