Our client, a luxury linens brand, is seeking a permanent Part-Time Support Associate to join the team at their Boston location. This role offers a unique opportunity to support store operations, uphold high standards of service, and contribute to an exceptional customer experience in a dynamic boutique environment.

Candidates must have the ability to work a full-time retail schedule, including holidays and weekends as needed.

Job Duties Include:

This role is solely focused on back of house and operational tasks for the boutique.

  • Robust experience with inventory control, shipping/receiving, and store maintenance.
  • Previous background in luxury or contemporary retail stock environments.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and support skills.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of retail store experience (preference in luxury sector), including back-of-house support.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with retail systems, POS, shipping, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs. with proper techniques and stand for duration of shift.
  • Ability to travel as needed to off-site storage locations within a 15-mile radius.
  • Valid US driver’s license and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $20/hr
