Looking for a fun, energetic retail role in a beautiful setting? A well-known  home décor brand  is hiring a  Part-Time Sales Associate  to join their Lahaina store team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with beautiful products, and being part of a friendly, supportive retail environment.  Retail experience is helpful, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person!

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience
  • Help shoppers find the perfect décor pieces for their home
  • Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store looking great
  • Support sales goals through friendly, genuine customer interaction
  • Help with opening and closing tasks as scheduled
  • Set up and break down product displays and seasonal décor
  • Pitch in with general store tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfort working a  flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for a shift and lift/move items up to 40 lbs
  • Basic comfort using an iPad or simple computer systems (training provided)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus

Location:  Lahaina, HI
Salary: $19 - $20/hr
Schedule:  Part-time | Flexible shifts available
