Looking for a fun, energetic retail role in a beautiful setting? A well-known home décor brand is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to join their Lahaina store team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with beautiful products, and being part of a friendly, supportive retail environment. Retail experience is helpful, but not required, we’re happy to train the right person!
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience
- Help shoppers find the perfect décor pieces for their home
- Assist with merchandising, restocking, and keeping the store looking great
- Support sales goals through friendly, genuine customer interaction
- Help with opening and closing tasks as scheduled
- Set up and break down product displays and seasonal décor
- Pitch in with general store tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfort working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for a shift and lift/move items up to 40 lbs
- Basic comfort using an iPad or simple computer systems (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus
