Our client, a contemporary fashion brand, is hiring an Operations Manager to join the team at their Frisco, TX location. Candidates must have open availability to work a full-time retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead and direct productivity of the store
- Ensure team maintains standard of store on a consistent basis
- Processes incoming shipments in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of product information regarding fits, fabrics, sizes, and current trends
- Displays items on the sales floor in accordance with brand standards
- Recognize loss prevention issues as they pertain to the store
- Assist with the training process for Stock Associates
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of stockroom experience
- Interest in fashion and current season trends as they apply to the market
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $49.9k - $55.5k annually
