Omnichannel Marketing Manager

Our client, an  educational organization, is seeking an  Omnichannel Marketing Manager  to join their team in a  remote  capacity (candidates should be based in  East Coast or Midwest  timezones).

This is a strategic, hands-on position that owns omnichannel execution end-to-end, from campaign architecture and workflow development to performance analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate brings forward-thinking ideas, identifies gaps and opportunities, and enjoys building scalable systems that simplify processes while enhancing outcomes.

Job Duties Include:

  • Partner with Lifecycle leadership to shape and execute omnichannel strategies
  • Own end-to-end omnichannel workflows across enrollment and retention, from initial inquiry through onboarding, ongoing engagement, and re-engagement of at-risk families
  • Design, launch, and optimize performance-based workflows integrating call, text, and email across funnel stages
  • Develop scalable lifecycle frameworks tailored to different educational models and key family milestones (onboarding, program transitions, calendar events, and friction points)
  • Establish clear strategy around cadence, channel mix, and messaging by funnel stage
  • Analyze lifecycle data to identify retention risks, engagement gaps, and drop-off points
  • Collaborate with Operations and Enrollment teams to design targeted outreach strategies for families showing early withdrawal indicators
  • Build and refine campaigns that reinforce trust, value, and long-term connection
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, timing, segmentation, and workflows
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Lead execution of omnichannel programs within an education-focused CRM and communication platform, driving an automation-first approach
  • Partner with CRM vendors to improve system functionality, including field refinement, segmentation logic, statuses, and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between Marketing, Contact Center, and School teams across enrollment and retention touchpoints
  • Document workflow logic, governance standards, and best practices to support clarity and scalability
  • Conduct ongoing funnel analysis across lead generation, enrollment, and retention stages
  • Use data to prioritize experiments, recommend optimizations, and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop clear performance reporting for leadership - highlighting trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Partner closely with Contact Center, Enrollment, Operations, IT, and school leadership teams
  • Align campaign strategy with operational workflows to improve conversion and proactively address retention risks

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience leading performance-driven omnichannel marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated success improving funnel conversion across phone, text, and email channels
  • Hands-on experience building and optimizing CRM or marketing automation workflows, ideally within education, healthcare, or another multi-location service-based organization
  • Experience working across multiple brands, audiences, and lifecycle stages
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategy and action
  • Proven ability to own initiatives end-to-end, identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong communicator comfortable partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Salary: $110k-$120k
