Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Master Data Analyst to join the team in Long Island City, NY on a hybrid schedule. This is a full-time position that will report to the Application Delivery Manager and start as soon as possible.
Job Duties Include:
- Perform data analysis and integration activities to ensure high data quality and consistent data typologies across all platforms.
- Ensure business users fully optimize D365 CRM resources in an efficient, effective, and compliance-aligned manner.
- Monitor and validate data flows, APIs, and data connections to ensure consistency and reliability across systems.
- Lead and execute data management initiatives such as data standardization, cleansing, or mapping projects.
- Provide timely, professional support for user issues with minimal disruption to operational workflows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure software solutions are aligned with current and future business needs.
- Occasionally required to sit, bend, or lift/carry up to 30 pounds.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups) for data analysis and manipulation.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, AX, and D365 F&O.
- Ability to design data workflows, process flow diagrams, business requirements, technical documentation, and support materials.
- Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple database types.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
- High attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management.
Salary: $100k-$110k
