Our client, a trending beauty brand, is seeking a Manager of Amazon to join their team in Los Angeles. This role will oversee the full strategy and daily performance of the Amazon channel, ensuring strong execution, optimization, and cross-functional alignment. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days on-site weekly.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead the end-to-end Amazon strategy, including assortment planning, pricing, promotional planning, content, advertising, and operational performance.
- Ensure the Amazon channel supports broader digital, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Amazon storefront and product detail pages.
- Ensure all content, including copy, imagery, and A+ assets, is accurate, brand-aligned, and optimized for conversion.
- Manage the full Amazon product catalog, including new product launches, updates, and continuous optimization.
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to plan, execute, and refine Amazon Advertising campaigns (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP).
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion, and ROAS.
- Deliver regular reporting and data-driven recommendations to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate closely with Operations to support forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment.
- Maintain healthy in-stock rates and reduce operational friction points.
- Identify opportunities to expand the business through new assortment strategies, promotions, subscriptions, and Amazon programs.
- Own the Amazon promotional and merchandising calendar, aligning with broader marketing initiatives and launches.
- Ensure listings and account activity comply with Amazon policies.
- Proactively monitor and address risks (e.g., content issues, reviews, account health).
- Manage vendors and partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with Amazon-related partners, staying informed of platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon or e-commerce marketplace channels.
- Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising and campaign performance drivers.
- Highly analytical with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) preferred.
Salary: $120K + bonus
