Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Owned Retail Analytics & Insights
to support retail performance through reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence. This hybrid
role (3 days in NYC office) focuses on translating complex data into clear insights that drive decision making, while supporting sales planning and improving overall retail operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Own and deliver recurring performance reporting and sales analysis
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support decision making
- Support sales planning and forecasting across retail operations
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Improve reporting processes and data accuracy over time
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business intelligence initiatives
- Support commission and bonus tracking and reporting
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Understanding of retail business operations and performance metrics
- Ability to drive improvements in reporting and analytics processes
