Job Duties Include:
- Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across key social and digital advertising channels.
- Partner with external agency partners to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while monitoring acquisition efficiency and revenue performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve paid media performance through audience strategy, bidding, creative optimization, and budget allocation.
- Support forecasting, budget pacing, performance reporting, and ongoing channel analysis.
- Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap across paid media.
- Establish testing frameworks for new creative concepts, messaging, hooks, formats, creators, and promotional strategies.
- Partner with Creative and Influencer teams to source, brief, test, and scale high-performing content.
- Manage and track creator content investment and performance.
- Translate campaign performance insights into actionable creative iterations and new testing opportunities.
- Identify and execute growth experiments across paid media, ecommerce experiences, offers, merchandising, and conversion paths.
- Develop and analyze A/B tests focused on landing page experiences, messaging, social proof, product education, and calls-to-action.
- Partner with ecommerce and development teams on initiatives designed to improve conversion and customer value.
- Evaluate emerging channels, platforms, and commerce opportunities as potential growth levers.
- Collaborate with Influencer teams to identify creators with strong engagement and conversion potential.
- Leverage high-performing creator and user-generated content across paid media campaigns.
- Monitor daily and weekly acquisition performance and develop reporting that highlights actionable trends and opportunities.
- Translate performance data into clear testing priorities and growth initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Ecommerce/CRM, Influencer, and external agency teams to execute campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure marketing campaigns and growth initiatives are executed efficiently and delivered on schedule.
Job Qualifications Include:
- 5–7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline, ideally within a high-growth DTC or consumer brand.
- Proven experience scaling paid social campaigns and driving customer acquisition through performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance-driven content.
- Experience partnering with creators and leveraging UGC to support paid acquisition.
- Experience managing and collaborating with external paid media agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and attribution platforms such as GA4 or similar tools.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and experimentation-driven environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools that enhance marketing execution and efficiency is a plus.
Salary: $115K - $125K + 10% bonus
