Manager, Analytics and Optimization - Client Care

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking an Analytics & Optimization Manager to support client care operations through strong reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights. This hybrid role in New Jersey(3 days in-office) focuses on translating data into clear, actionable recommendations while improving operational efficiency through analytics and selective use of automation and technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own recurring reporting and analytics for client care performance across key operational metrics
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for cross-functional teams
  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational decision-making
  • Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards, and data accuracy
  • Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and support analytics initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through optimization, automation, or emerging technologies
  • Support ongoing process improvements and ad hoc analytical requests

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or insights-driven roles
  • Experience working with client care, service operations, or contact center data preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Salesforce, Excel, or similar analytics tools
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-focused insights
  • Comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in optimization, automation, and data-driven process improvement

Salary:$100K + bonus
