Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a full-time Junior Technical Instructor
in Dallas.
This role is responsible for delivering technical watchmaking training, supporting skill development, and ensuring that all learning objectives are met to the highest standards. A diploma or certification from a recognized watchmaking school is required for this role.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical instruction to students in watchmaking and repair
- Provide clear guidance on complex concepts in a supportive learning environment
- Foster student engagement, participation, and professional development
- Align instruction with curriculum standards and individual learning goals
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress effectively
- Support curriculum execution and ensure training quality and consistency
- Participate in 40 hours of company-supported professional development annually
- 3+ years of experience delivering technical training
- Certified watchmaker preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of watchmaking industry and history
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of micromechanics and technical instruction
- Coaching and assessment capabilities
- Familiarity with SOPs and OSHA standards
Salary: $85k - $100k
