Junior Account Executive - Caribbean & LATAM

Our client, a luxury jewelry brand, is looking to hire a Junior Account Executive to join their team in a remote capacity. Candidates must be located in Southeast Florida/Miami. Candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 65% to work directly with accounts and during evenings/weekends for certain events.


Job Duties Include:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
  • Attend shows and events to ensure successful execution of in-store events to deliver sales targets and brand messaging
  • Ensure retailers understand and accurately execute in regards to inventory assortments, product mix, product merchandising and display, marketing execution, etc.
  • Coordinate stock and sales analysis with partners
  • Identify opportunities for new business and penetration of top independent luxury retailers and major department stores
  • Perform admin duties accurately and expeditiously including budgeting, expenses, regional reporting, reimbursement, etc.
  • Travel up to 65% to work directly with accounts

 

Job Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years in luxury jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion sales
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with independent and/or department store accounts
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with independent accounts
  • Skilled in inventory management, merchandising, and event support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently on the road


Salary: $75k annually
