Our client, a jewelry brand, is hiring for Jewelry Consultants to join the team at their Seattle location. Candidates must have open availability to work a full-time set schedule including weekends.
Job Duties Include:
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensure personalized experiences for each customer
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual revenue targets
- Provide a luxury customer experience to customers
- Greet, check-in, and assist customers with the purchasing process
- Assist and educate customers with pick-ups, exchanges, and other inquiries
- Confirm showroom appointments and answer questions
- Review customer feedback to identify ways to improve customer experience and sales performance
- Enforce policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
- Perform open and/or close procedures
- Manage your and communicate cross-functionally using ERP system
- Act as a brand advocate to share client’s mission
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs and to stand for duration of shift
Salary: $24/hr + bonus
