Jewelry Consultant - Seattle

Our client, a jewelry brand, is hiring for Jewelry Consultants to join the team at their Seattle location. Candidates must have open availability to work a full-time set schedule including weekends.

Job Duties Include:

  • Assist customers with purchasing decisions and ensure personalized experiences for each customer
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual revenue targets
  • Provide a luxury customer experience to customers
  • Greet, check-in, and assist customers with the purchasing process
  • Assist and educate customers with pick-ups, exchanges, and other inquiries
  • Confirm showroom appointments and answer questions
  • Review customer feedback to identify ways to improve customer experience and sales performance
  • Enforce policies to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
  • Perform open and/or close procedures
  • Manage your and communicate cross-functionally using ERP system
  • Act as a brand advocate to share client’s mission
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:
  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs and to stand for duration of shift

Salary: $24/hr + bonus
