Our client, a contemporary fashion & accessories brand, is seeking a NetSuite Analyst to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule(4 days in office). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite, as this is a required qualification for this role.
Job Duties Include:
- Serve as a key resource for NetSuite, including supporting ongoing enhancements, managing upgrades, and monitoring overall system performance
- Gather and document detailed business, user, process, and system requirements (both functional and non-functional), ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes across the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business readiness activities, including user training, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization
- Design, develop, test, and deploy system customizations and new functionalities to meet evolving business needs
- Support and manage system integrations, including Shopify, JOOR, and SPS Commerce
- Oversee EDI vendor setup, testing, and ongoing support
- Build and enhance internal reporting through automation and continuous improvement
- Provide end-user support in collaboration with third-party managed service providers (MSPs)
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to systems access
Job Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience in ERP system administration, with a strong focus on NetSuite
- Proven experience creating workflows, dashboards, and system customizations within NetSuite
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of business needs and deliver effective technical and operational solutions
- Strong experience partnering with Finance and/or Product teams from a technology-driven perspective
- Solid understanding of retail systems, tools, and operational processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across functions
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
Salary:$85k
