Job Duties Include:
- Coordinate and execute cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain count schedules and oversee inventory count activities with warehouse teams
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile variances between physical and system inventory
- Analyze inventory data and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting documentation
- Partner with warehouse leadership and cross-functional teams to support inventory control initiatives
- Support inventory audits, reconciliations, and operational reviews
- Assist with inventory-related administrative tasks, reporting, and documentation
- Provide backup support for inventory operations and other warehouse control functions as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a proactive, process-oriented mindset
- Experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
