Our client, a global luxury brand, is seeking an Inventory Control Admin to join the team at their Warehouse location in Vineland, NJ. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring data integrity in SAP, troubleshooting discrepancies, managing email correspondence related to inventory activity, and supporting the overall warehouse operations.
This is a full-time ongoing temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent based upon performance and the needs of the business. Candidates must be able to work Monday through Friday 7am- 3:30pm with flexibility to work overtime during on weekends and holidays as needed.
Jo b Duties Include:
- Accurately record and track inventory movement using SAP and perform cycle counts, audits, and material reconciliations
- Maintain and organize materials for efficient storage and distribution while monitoring stock levels and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel to track shortages, overages, and aging bins
- Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to ensure inventory accuracy and participate in quarterly and physical inventory counts
- Operate RF equipment and perform tasks including inventory transfers, stock replenishment, and material swaps as needed
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience in Inventory Control is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
- Familiarity with SAP or WMS systems and experience with RF scanner is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends or varying shifts if needed
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in both hot and cold environments.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability stand for duration of the shift
Compensation: $18/hr
This is a temporary position. The employee will be employed and paid by PCG.
