Our client, a  luxury fashion brand, is seeking a dedicated  Warehouse Coordinator  to support daily supply chain operations across their  Vineland, NJ  distribution center. This role offers a vital link between our retail stores, distribution centers, and warehouse teams, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, inventory management, and internal communication.

Shift time:  8am-4:30pm with flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis to meet business demands.

Job Requirements

  • Facilitate the efficient execution of warehouse shipments and deliveries aligned with daily schedules and client expectations.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, ensuring accuracy for inbound and outbound merchandise flows.
  • Support inventory management activities and generate regular KPI reports to evaluate distribution performance.
  • Liaise with distribution centers and external partners to coordinate delivery schedules, expedite shipments, and provide daily activity updates.
  • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and processing purchase orders related to warehouse supplies, temporary labor, and transportation.
  • Support onboarding and training new team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and handle various operational tasks as needed.
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned.

Job Qualifications Include:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in retail or distribution environments.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or distribution roles with heavy administrative experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to work in a lively setting that includes both office and warehouse environments.
  • Availability to work the full scheduled hours, including weekends or overtime hours if required.

Compensation:  $20/hr

This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
