Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across a large workforce
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including employee documentation and system updates
- Prepare and process employee records, status changes, and HR-related documentation
- Maintain HRIS and employee data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
- Assist with payroll administration, audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities
- Manage HR inbox communications and respond to employee inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate cross-functional processes with HR, Payroll, IT, and other internal teams
- Generate reports, reconcile data, and identify discrepancies to support operational accuracy
- Support HR projects, process improvements, and other administrative initiatives
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong administrative experience in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple interconnected workflows with exceptional accuracy and follow-through
- Advanced Excel skills, including tracking, filtering, data reconciliation, reporting, and data validation
- Experience maintaining accurate records and working with sensitive or confidential information
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable supporting employee inquiries and coordinating across multiple departments
- Experience with HR operations, employee onboarding, payroll support, compliance tracking, or related administrative functions preferred
- Prior experience in HR Operations, Human Resources, People Operations, or a comparable administrative role preferred
- Experience supporting large employee populations is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and related business systems
- Exposure to HRIS, payroll, talent management, or workforce management platforms preferred
- Project coordination or process improvement experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
