Our client, a property management company, is looking to hire temp Guest Service Ambassador to join their team in Mountain View. Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, weeknights, and holidays as needed. This is a temporary role that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business.
Job Duties Include:
- Act as the primary contact for visitors
- Assist security by managing visitor inquiries
- Maintain knowledge regarding operations, offerings, locations, promotions, etc.
- Direct people and flow to reduce pedestrian congestion
- Act as a positive ambassador for client
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service, sales, or hospitality background or equivalent
- Ability to engage with non-English speakers and individuals from diverse cultures
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Flexible availability, including weekends, weeknights, and holidays
- Capable of using mobile technology tools with training
Salary: $27/hr
