Job Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle content production from planning through final delivery across multiple platforms
- Translate creative direction into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee production execution, including vendors, budgets, schedules, and post production
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure seamless delivery
- Manage external partners and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
- Maintain oversight of production operations, including budgets, contracts, and workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and integrate new production tools and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production, media, or related field
- Significant experience in content production within luxury, retail, or creative environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel productions end-to-end
- Strong financial and operational management, including budgets and vendor oversight
- Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with production or project management tools and digital asset systems
- Interest in evolving production technologies and innovative content creation methods
