Group Director, Content Production

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Group Director Content Producer to lead end-to-end content production across photography, film, and integrated campaigns. This hybrid role (3 days in NYC office) partners closely with creative and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content, while driving operational efficiency and consistency across projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead full lifecycle content production from planning through final delivery across multiple platforms
  • Translate creative direction into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee production execution, including vendors, budgets, schedules, and post production
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and ensure seamless delivery
  • Manage external partners and ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Maintain oversight of production operations, including budgets, contracts, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and integrate new production tools and technologies
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in production, media, or related field
  • Significant experience in content production within luxury, retail, or creative environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel productions end-to-end
  • Strong financial and operational management, including budgets and vendor oversight
  • Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with production or project management tools and digital asset systems
  • Interest in evolving production technologies and innovative content creation methods
Salary:  $135k - $160k
