FT Sales Associates - East Hampton

Our client, a luxury footwear brand, is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Associates to join their flagship East Hampton location. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a close-knit team that values growth from within and offers a vibrant, year-round work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding needs and offering expert product recommendations
  • Manage sales transactions and returns accurately at the point of sale
  • Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Stay current on product lines, fashion trends, and footwear options
  • Build trust and rapport with customers to foster repeat business
  • Follow inventory control procedures and support light store maintenance tasks
  • Additional duties as needed and assigned

Required Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively during weekends and holidays, particularly in peak season
  • Retail experience preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Availability to start by mid-May or earlier for training before Memorial Day weekend
  • Ability to stand for duration of the shift and lift 50lbs

This is a full-time, year-round position offering competitive pay $18-$25/hr depending on experience, multiple bonus opportunities, employee discounts, paid time off, and significant room for personal growth.
