Our client, a high-end contemporary fashion brand, is hiring a Sales Associate to join the team at their store located in the Miami Design District. Candidates must be available to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays as needed. Open to meeting candidates interested in both full time and part time positions.
Job Duties Include:
- Deliver a personalized client experience
- Achieve personal and store sales targets
- Assist with store operations, including POS transactions, restocking, visual merchandising, etc.
- Offer clothing suggestions based on customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Resolve concerns as they arise with customer satisfaction in mind
- Maintain merchandising standards by ensuring a neat, clean, and organized sales floor and fitting room
- Build productive relationships with peers
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Previous retail experience
- Luxury experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs & stand for duration of shift
Salary: $25 - $27/hr + commission
