Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a Fragrance & Beauty Advisor to join their location in Santa Clara, CA. This client-focused role is responsible for delivering exceptional service, building lasting customer relationships, and driving sales through personalized product recommendations and expertise within the beauty and fragrance categories.
Job Duties Include:
- Educate customers on beauty, skincare, and fragrance products through consultations and demonstrations
- Deliver an elevated and personalized customer experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing outreach and service
- Achieve sales goals through product knowledge, clienteling, and customer engagement
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Participate in ongoing product and brand training
- Collaborate with team members to support boutique performance and customer satisfaction
- Additional duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, luxury retail, or a customer-facing sales environment
- Passion for beauty, skincare, fragrance, and client service
- Proven ability to build relationships and drive sales results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Makeup artistry experience is a plus
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
