Our client, a global beauty brand, is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule. This role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis efforts while partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
Job Duties Include:
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and management dashboards.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights on business performance.
- Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, workforce planning, and expense management.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and scenario planning.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes for leadership.
- Drive process improvements and enhance financial planning, reporting, and forecasting capabilities.
- Assist with ad hoc financial analyses, presentations, and executive reporting.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related function.
- Experience within CPG, beauty, retail, or a related consumer-facing industry is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools.
- Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with experience partnering across multiple departments.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Salary: $115K
