Our client, a luxury beauty brand, is seeking a 2nd shift Forklift Driver to support operations across their Cranbury, NJ distribution center.
Shift time: 4:00pm-12:30am
Job Requirements
- Operate forklifts and pallet-handling equipment (forklift, manual pallet jack, electric/power jack) to put away, retrieve, and stage inventory in rack storage and bulk floor locations.
- Replenish pick/pack lanes and move product to keep workflow running smoothly.
- Transport products to and from vendor sites and/or offsite storage locations, as needed.
- Receiving, unload and put away shipments in assigned locations within the
- Keep the warehouse clean and safety-compliant (sweeping, removing debris, maintaining orderly work areas).
- Complete daily cycle counts and support full physical inventory processes when scheduled.
- Perform basic forklift care and follow proper equipment procedures.
- Communicate equipment issues promptly so repairs can be addressed.
- Escalate safety concerns or unsafe conditions immediately to leadership.
- Work overtime when business needs require it.
- Remain flexible and cross-train/support other departments as needed.
Job Qualifications Include:
- Valid Drivers License + Forklift certification required.
- 2+ years experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to safely operate multiple lift types, including stand-up, cherry picker, turret, and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed.
- Willingness to learn new processes and support multiple work areas.
Compensation:$21.50/hr.
This is a temporary position. The worker will be employed and paid by PCG.
