Our client, a luxury fashion house, is hiring part-time Seasonal Back-of-House Support Associates for their store location in Manhasset, NY. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with retail, hospitality, or customer service experience who wants to start their career in luxury fashion. This is a seasonal role running through the end of December, and candidates should have weekend availability as needed.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and welcome clients, providing an elevated service experience
- Support the sales team and managers with store merchandise, go-backs, and maintaining the sales floor
- Flexible operational tasks including shipment and stockroom organization
- Develop and maintain product and company knowledge to share with clients
- Ensure that sales floor meets company’s high visual merchandising standards
- Assist with wrapping client purchases
- Execute all store operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with inventory management
- Assist in locating stock for sales associates to help generate sales on the floor
- Additional tasks as assigned by management team
Job Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of prior retail support experience preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in fashion a plus
- Strong communication and follow up/ follow through initiatives
- Knowledge and understanding of fashion and current trends
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for duration of shift
Salary: $23/hr
